No because two other cyclists who had a full on stand up fight were only given €200 odds fines just a few days previous.So under the circumstances sending him home seemed heavy handed to say the least.Stephen Roche was saying on the radio that the Glasgow kiss stuff is all part and parcel of the game and he thought they’d gone over the top with their decision.
